Call for Abstracts

In addition to the invited speakers, the Scientific Committee invites interested speakers to submit their abstracts for evaluation and possible presentation at the Conclave. You may select one of the proposed topics or present your own, based on your expertise. Accepted works may be presented in oral or poster format, as determined by the committee.

Each abstract must be original, not previously published or presented at other congresses / conferences, and meet the requirements below.

Abstract Guidelines

The text should be divided into the following sections:

  • ·Introduction / Background: Context and justification of the study.
  • ·Objectives: Main purpose of the study / research.
  • ·Methodology: Study design, population, criteria, and methods used.
  • ·Results: Most relevant findings, with specific data.
  • ·Conclusions: Interpretation and clinical or scientific relevance.
  • ·Keywords: Three to six, preferably taken from Medical Subject Headings (MeSH).

Format

  • ·Maximum length: 300 words.
  • ·Font: Arial or Calibri, size 11, single line spacing.
  • ·Do not include tables, figures, or bibliographic references.
  • ·The text must be written in English only.

Each author may submit up to two works and must designate one author responsible for the presentation.

Free Paper

Present original research, clinical studies, case series, practice-based evidence, or innovative concepts that contribute to the advancement of Homoeopathy.

E-Poster

Showcase research findings, clinical experiences, public health initiatives, educational innovations, and noteworthy case reports through a visually engaging poster presentation.

How to submit.

The summary must be sent to Dr. Tanvir Hussain, Chairman of the Abstract Committee, and also to the Conclave email ID given below. The evaluation results will be communicated by email well in time to enable speakers to plan their travel.

Call for Unpublished Articles — Souvenir

Contribute to the Conclave Souvenir.

The Conclave Organizing Committee will publish a Souvenir containing abstracts and articles. Apart from abstracts, the committee invites writers who would like to publish their unpublished articles in the Souvenir. Selected articles will be published.

Conclave Format for Scientific Sessions

Three halls. Two days. Maximum participation.

To accommodate more speakers and allow enough time for each, the Organizing Committee has booked three Conference Halls at Shanti Vanam — covering clinical, research, academic and technological subjects across both days.
