Regular and Late registration tariff.

Regular registration ran until 30 September 2026. Doctor Delegate (₹4,000) and IIHP Life Member / JIMS Faculty (₹3,500) registration continues till 11 October 2026, and Students (₹2,000) and Accompanying Persons (₹2,500) continue at their regular price. Late registration (1 – 31 October 2026) is a flat ₹4,500 for all other categories. All prices shown are inclusive of GST.

Registration Deadline — No Exceptions

After 31 October 2026, registration for all categories will be closed. No requests for registration will be entertained after this date. No spot registration.

Cancellation Policy

If a registered delegate cancels by writing to the Organising Committee, 25% of the registration fee is retained as incidental charges. The balance is refunded within two months of the last day of the Conclave.

Terms & Conditions

Registration terms.

  • Registration fee is inclusive of GST.
  • Conference Registration is mandatory for all attendees, including faculty, delegates, and accompanying persons.
  • Registration fees include access to scientific sessions, conference lunches, and the conference banquet, unless otherwise specified.
  • Payments received after the deadline will be charged as per the applicable registration category.
  • Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual.
  • Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Committee and will be processed as per the conference refund policy.
  • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or non-attendance.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the conference and may be subject to administrative deductions.
  • GST invoice will be issued upon request and only for payments made through official conference accounts.
  • Foreign delegate registration fees are payable in USD only and are non-refundable.
  • If due to any unforeseen circumstances, if a registered delegate cancels his / her registration by writing to the Organizing Committee, he / she will get back the registration fees after deducting 25% (incidental charges) of the registration fees. The amount will be refunded within two months from the last day of the Conclave.

    All the above rates include Conclave Kit, two breakfasts, two lunches, one dinner and high tea.

    Printed Participation Certificates will be issued to all participants.

  4. d

    Limited paid Deluxe accommodation on a triple-sharing basis is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 days (20 November 2026 afternoon – 22 November 2026 afternoon), on advance payment of ₹2,500 per person for 2 days.

  5. e

  6. f

    Participants who have already booked accommodation at Kanha Shanti Vanam are requested to reach the campus by the evening of 20 November 2026 for convenient check-in.

  7. g

    Transport arrangements from the city / airport to Shanti Vanam will be notified in due course.
